The information center is located in the premises of the building SH PAX and SH Krym, on the ground floor next to the reception desk .

It provides the spa guests with the following services:

• it provides information about current and planned culture events of serious and entertainment genre
  
  
• it provides ticket sales for events during the whole year
  
  
• it organizes regular tours of the city and Hammam
  
  
• it provides information about leisure time activities in Trenčianske Teplice
  
  
• it informs about events in Trenčianske Teplice
  
  
• it cooperates with the regional Centre of Matica Slovenská, which organizes exhibitions of paintings, jewelry and other folk art.

The spa guests can find information about all cultural events and trips in bulletins which can be obtained at reception desks of each the spa hotels or directly at the information center in the hotel PAX.
