Everyday we prepare different courses for beginners and advanced:

• Nordic walking - Walking with sticks which forces the entire body to work is an extremely healthy activity that can be given to everyone regardless of age!
  
  
• Pilates – Helps to eliminate back pain, is a prevention of accidents and streamlines your figure. Work out, strengthen your body and soul!
  
  
• Swimming – Swimming lessons under the guidance of a swimming instructor. Learn how to swim – it’s never too late!
  
  
• Zumba – Exercise, which is primarily entertainment. Its aim is to relax, shape and strengthen the entire body and burn fat at the same time. Combination of exotic dance and aerobic moves.

The whole year opened outdoor swimming pool Grand, fitness center, gym (fit balls, stationary bicycle, mats, small exercise tower).

Possibility to lend: playing cards, croquet, petang, badminton...
