Take the E50 towards Uherské Hradište, Uherský Brod, Trenčín. Border crossing Starý Hrozenkov, continue along the E50 through Trenčín to the village of Trenčianska Teplá. In Trenčianska Teplá, turn right after the railway crossing to Trenčianske Teplice.
