Spa curative stays with a voucher from a health insurance company.

Stays IS A – treatment is covered by the health insurance company. Food and accommodation are covered by the health insurance company in the basic standard. Supplements for accommodation and food can be found in the price list.

Permitted indications in patients over 18 years of age:
I/1, III/3,5,8,11, IV/4, VI/1,3,5,6,8,9,10, VII/2,4,10, X/3,4, XI/3.

Mandatory fees

Insured persons pay a mandatory fee of €1.70 per day.

You are exempt from the fee if:
› you are the holder of at least the silver Jánský plaque (silver, gold, diamond) and the Kňazovicý medal
› you are a person in material need (you must prove your status by a decision of the Office of Labor, Social Affairs and Family on a material need benefit) – in this case you only pay for the first three days of your stay, i.e. €5.10

The administrative service fee is €2.00 /person/night. Holders of the Jánské plaque (silver, gold, diamond) and Kňazovický medal, ŤZP, ŤZP-S card, ŤZP-S guide, and certificates of material need are entitled to a 50% discount.

The length of stay is stated in the decision approving the treatment and cannot be changed.

skin diseases – psoriasis, chronic dermatoses including ichthyosis, on the recommendation of a dermatologist
oncological diseases with a medical certificate of completion of oncological treatment, including radiotherapy and chemotherapy, without any signs of continuation or recurrence of the oncological disease
Digestive system diseases – follow-up treatment of inflammatory and non-inflammatory diseases of the gallbladder, biliary tract and liver, outside the acute stage of the disease
diseases of metabolism and endocrine glands – compensated diabetes, stabilized by diet, medication or insulin
Women’s diseases – inflammatory and non-inflammatory women’s diseases, conditions after operations on the female genital organs and treatment of infertility
