Who writes a proposal for spa treatment?

A proposal for spa treatment is written based on your request by your general practitioner for adults or a specialist .

Deliver the written proposal for spa treatment to the branch of your health insurance company.

The health insurance company will send you a statement regarding the approval or disapproval of the proposal.

The approved spa treatment proposal will be sent directly to the client by the health insurance company with a list of spas where the client can arrange a specific date and accommodation category according to the spa’s current price list.

The client will then send a proposal for spa treatment approved by the health insurance company to the selected spa , which will then send a written confirmation of the stay reservation upon receipt.

The client can choose inpatient or outpatient treatment.
(excluding accommodation and meals at the spa).
